This study, found on the Journal of the National Comprehensive Cancer Network (JNCCN) website, examines the safety and impact on healthcare resource utilization of early hospital discharge in patients with AML or other high-grade myeloid neoplasms being treated with induction chemotherapy. The article reports an institution’s experiences with early hospital discharge over a 4-year period to draw its conclusions.
